Intelligent tachographs version 2 (hereinafter referred to as GEN2V2 tachographs): readiness for the installation of GEN2V2 tachographs in vehicles of the category from 2.5 to 3.5 t for the transport of goods in international transport with the deadline of 1.7.2026, activation of the OSNMA function from 24.12.2025 within the GALILEO satellite system in GEN2V2 tachographs, technical knowledge from the use of GEN2V2 tachographs after their replacement, prepared software updates already used GEN2V2 tachographs and related cybersecurity, new technologies brought about by GEN2V2 tachographs.

Daniel Vagaský holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shell Czech Republic a.s.
He has been working at Shell since 2004, when he joined the Business Finance department. He first held local positions and later moved to regional financial management at Shell Fleet Solutions for Central and Eastern Europe. Daniel Vagaský is currently the director of the commercial road transport department for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where he leads his team on the road to the decarbonisation of freight transport.

Based in Prague, Matthias Maedge is Vice President of CRT Decarbonisation and responsible for the business development of Eurowag’s decarbonisation products and services, including alternative fuels and eMobility. Prior to that, Matthias Maedge was the Secretary General of the European Gas Mobility Association – NGVA Europe. With stations in Berlin, Madrid, Brussels, and Geneva, Mr. Maedge worked for over 15 years in trade associations and as a lobbyist in the automotive and energy sectors and played a key role in developing decarbonisation strategies in road transport. During his time as an industry advocate in Brussels, Mr. Maedge served, among other roles, as General Delegate to the European Union and Head of the International Road Transport Union – IRU. Previously, Matthias Maedge worked as a research associate in the German Parliament (Bundestag), has been a Reserve Officer in the German army, and holds a Master’s degree in Political Science, Media and Communication studies, and English.

From 2005 to 2020, he held various positions in different bodies of state administration and local government. Since October 5, 2023, he has been serving as the Minister of Transport of the Slovak Republic.

Pavol Piešťanský has been a member of the Presidium and the Chairman of the Central Slovak Region of the ČESMAD Slovakia Association since 2019. In 2023, he was re-elected as the president of the association. Since 2022, he has served as Vice President of the Republican Union of Employers. He has been active in road freight transport since 2010, when he became the General Director of the transport company NAD Martin, and in 2016, he also became the General Director of Yellow Express.

Jozef Viskupič was born in 1976 in Trnava, where he lives with his family. He studied history and philosophy at Comenius University in Bratislava and mass media communication at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava. In the past, he worked as a project manager, organizer of cultural events and founder of a regional publishing house. In 2010–2017, he was a member of the National Council of the Slovak Republic, where he focused on public administration, culture and European affairs.
Since December 2017, he has been the Chairman of the Trnava Self-Governing Region, where he focuses on the modernization of public services, digitalization and strengthening regional cooperation. He is also the Chairman of the SK8 Association, which brings together Slovak self-governing regions.
