It is necessary to register for the conference in advance by sending  an email to: sekretariat@cesmad.sk . Registration is binding. Once it will be submitted and approved by the conference organizing committee (usually within 5 working days), you will receive detailed payment instructions at the email address provided.

If you are the director/statutory representative of a company that is a member of the association, you do not need to register at all. You will receive a free ticket to the conference in your name at the registration for the plenary assembly, the day before. If you have any further questions, please contact the secretariat of the association.

Cancellation fees after ticket payment:
You can cancel your participation by sending an email to sekretariat@cesmad.sk or by calling tel. + 421 903 467 851. If you do so by 31.8.2024 we will refund you the full amount already paid for the tickets. After this date, i.e. from 1.9. 2024 the cancellation fee is 100%.
